Summary
When restoring the system by using DeployUSB, “The target disk is not found” message is displayed, and the task failed.
Causes
There does not exist a restore target disk in the restore target folder.
Workaround
The target disk may not be recognized in the boot environment.
Run the following command and you can check if the restore target disk is recognized.
If the target disk is not recognized, please download the driver for the storage controller from the maker’s Web site and rebuild the boot environment.
1)Press [Ctrl] + [Alt] + [c] key and launch command prompt.
2) Run “diskpart”
X:\Program Files\ActiveImage Protector>diskpart
3) Run “list disk” and check the number of disks.
DISKPART>list disk
