Error during Activation

Summary

If an error occurs during activation, please check the following.

1) If connected to the internet, you may be using a proxy.

Set the Proxy.
ActiveImage Console > Menu Bar > Preferences > Agent

Do Activation.
ActiveImage Console > Menu Bar > Help > Activation

2) If not connected to the internet.

Please request an offline key from us.
