Mount Image / File Recovery does not normally complete

Summary

When the following symptom occurs, mount driver may not be properly installed.

1) Folder list is not displayed when File Recovery is selected.

2)The following dialog is displayed and Mount Image failed.

Workaround

Please reinstall ActiveImage Protector.
