Backup of Linux guest machine by using HyperBack failed

Summary

When backing up Linux guest machine by using HyperBack, AipCopyWLH64.exe crashed and the backup task failed.

Causes

This is a known issue.

Workaround

Please apply the following patch.

Decompress and double-click the file. The wizard guides you through installation of the patch.
Since this patch program is not cumulative patch, please make sure the update patch program (21.02.10.03) is applied before applying the patch.
