How to use this knowledge base

Method１

Enter a keyword in the search box labeled “Search the Knowledge Base” and press the enter key to display all the search results.

Method２

Enter a keyword in the search window of “Search the Knowledge Base” and wait until the search results are displayed. The list will be narrowed down to a maximum of 100. 

Method３

Search for the applicable item from the category list under the search box. The results list will display up to 10 items. If there are more than 10 items, you can page down.
